An electrical engineering company founded in Aruba in 2006, now serving the Caribbean and South America.
Rotech: the company
Rotech started out focused solely on electrical system design and installation. As the company grew, so did the scope of services we offer.
In a relatively short time, Rotech has grown to nearly 50 employees, including well-trained technical experts and electrical engineers with the education and experience to provide a superior level of service.
As our reputation grew in Aruba, we expanded internationally to meet demand throughout the Caribbean and, more recently, South America, including projects run from our Bonaire office. We partner with the best international brand-name suppliers so the systems we install keep working for years to come.

Founded in Aruba
Rotech Electrical Services starts in Aruba, focused on electrical design and installation.
- 2018
Landmark installations
Total electrical installations at the Boogaard Building and the conversion of the Mill Resort to Courtyard by Marriott.
- 2019
Projects across Bonaire
From our Bonaire office: Delfins Beach Resort, Foodies Bayside, Courtyard Bonaire Dive Resort and the BEM Building.

NEN standardization training
The whole team completes NEN courses with trainer Pouw Jongbloed, part of yearly training.
- 2025
BioKube across the ABC islands
Free BioKube consultancy in Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao with Danish expert Jesper Larsen.
Trained to NEN standards, every year
Rotech enrolls its team in NEN (Dutch electrotechnical standardization) courses every year to stay current with the best electrotechnical practices, work more efficiently on site, and deliver consistent quality to clients.
The six-day program (five days of theory and one day of practice) covered:
- Earthing and equipotential bonding, including inspection
- Lightning protection
- First and periodic inspection of home and business installations
- Installation and inspection of solar (PV) installations
